The library at Woodford Hollow Elementary School is located on the first floor of the building. Each class has a scheduled time for coming to the library to learn library skills, be introduced to both new and old books, listen to stories read aloud, look at magazines and check out books to read at home. Woodford students are particularly excited to see the new Red Clover and Dorothy Canfield Fisher books each year and to vote on their favorites in April.

A dedicated computer is available to students so that they can check the on-line catalog and look up books by author, title or subject to see what is in the library’s collection of approximately 4000 volumes.
